ABOUT US

Engaged Learning Strategies (ELS) is a non-profit organization that empowers students, teachers, and community leaders with the educational resources necessary to thrive. At ELS, we research, design, and deliver educational resources that make our partners’ students and communities more prosperous.

School administrators, community advocates, workforce and economic development professionals, and politicians turn to ELS for industry-leading research, proven student programming, and custom-tailored solutions that will serve the underserved better. Together, we bridge the gaps often found between schools, communities, and local economies.

Offering educational enrichment and workforce development programs improves the outcome of at-risk student populations. Their workforce development experiences also prepare them for local careers as active, economic contributors. Connecting students with academic and workforce resources doesn’t just benefit the students - it benefits their future, their families, their communities, and the local economy.

Together, we can prepare students for better lives.

Together, we can revitalize regional industry and economy.

Together we can make a difference.
